Salt spray test chamber adapted to the surface treatment of various materials, including paint, electroplating, organic and inorganic coating, anode processing, antirust oil and so on, after this anti-corrosive treatment to test the corrosion resistance of their products.
Salt Spray Test Chamber Material:
1) The tester body is made of light gray impact-resistant PVC board with thickness of 5mm and durable temperature at 85℃. The edge is surrounded by three-dimensional reinforcement thickness of 5mm, solid structure;
2) The sealing of the test chamber cover is made of PVC impact-resistant board with a thickness of 5mm, which does not distort and deform when used at high temperatures. The edge of the inner and outer double-thickness, to prevent distortion and deformation due to long-term high temperature. Thickness 15mm;
3) Hidden one-piece refill bottle, easy to clean and easy to operate;
4) The saturated air barrel adopts SUS#304 stainless-steel high-pressure barrel with the best insulation effect;
5) The specimen placing table is made of 8mm temperature-resistant ABS board, with strong load-bearing capacity, and the test specimen holder adopts plane indexing type, with arbitrary angle adjustment, even fog falling on all sides, and the fog is completely consistent, with accurate test results and a large number of test specimens placed.
