Induction hardening of guide rail is a heat treatment process to improve the hardness and wear resistance of linear guide rail. The repeatability and controllability of induction hardening make the entire rail heat treatment process more automated. We generally use a special rail induction hardening machine to heat and cool the rail.
Linear guide is an important part of the machine tool, which needs to have high hardness and wear resistance. The service life and wear resistance of the hardened guide rail will be greatly improved. Heat preservation and casting of virtually all metals and materials for processing, including, gray and ductile iron, steel, copper and copper-based alloys, aluminum, zinc, active metals, precious metals, silicon and graphite induction heating, and many other special induction applications.
Application
A. Heating (hot forging, hot fitting and smelting):
