Introduction
The principle of high-frequency induction heating works as follows: When a high-frequency alternating current is passed through
a coiled conductor (usually a copper tube), it generates a magnetic flux. Subsequently, a metal object is placed within this region
of magnetic flux. As the flux passes through the metal, an eddy current, which is a circular current flowing in a direction related
to the magnetic flux (also known as a rotary current), is induced within the metal. Due to the presence of this eddy current, the
induced current generates heat. That's precisely why this heating technique is termed induction heating. Importantly, this allows
metals and other objects to be heated without any physical contact. At this juncture, a key characteristic of the eddy current is
that for an object near the induction coil, the heating effect is stronger on the outer side and weaker on the inner side.
Leveraging this principle, the object being heated can be targeted and heated precisely in the areas where heat is required,
achieving an immediate heating effect. Consequently, both the production output and work efficiency are enhanced.
