IP34 High-Performance Aging Test Chamber With 0.07 L/Min 5% Spray Hole Flow Rate
This product is an excellent choice for assessing the performance of electrical appliances, casing, and seals when exposed to rain. Its scientifically advanced design equips the device with the capability of simulating various environments such as dripping, drenching, splashing and spraying. In addition, a comprehensive control system as well as frequency conversion technology allow the rainfall test frame's rotary angle, the water spray pendulum's swing angle, and the water spray swinging frequency to be adjusted in a seamless motion.
The inner chamber is crafted from stainless steel 304, and the outer case may be made of the same material or powder coating.
For further convenience, the sample table is equipped with a round turntable which can be adjusted according to the desired speed.
Safety features include power overload and short-circuit protection, grounding protection, water shortage protection, and alarm signaling tips.
The inner box and outer box material are both 304 stainless steel. There is a waterproof tempered glass for observation window. The pendulum angle is IPX3: ±60° along the vertical line, 120° in total, and IPX4: Left and right along the vertical line ±180°, a total of 360°. The pendulum speed is IP3 15 times/min; IP4 10 times/min. The diameter of the water spray hole is 0.4mm and the spacing between each hole is 50mm. The adjustable turntable speed is from 1 to 10rpm with a flow rate of 0.07 L/minute, plus or minus 5%. The adjustable test time is from 1 to 999,999min. The drenching water pressure is from 80 to 100Kpa and the power supply is single-phase AC220V, with a frequency of 50/60HZ.
