Purposes:
The instrument is suitable for cutting round samples of various woolen, cotton, chemical fiber and knitted fabrics

Usage :
Lay the fabric to be cut flat on the rubber pad, put the disk sampler on the fabric, pull out the locking device on the sampler, rotate about 90 degrees, hold the outer cover with one hand, hold the corrugated hand wheel with one hand, and apply certain pressure, and then rotate the corrugated hand wheel clockwise (Angle greater than 90 degrees), the round sample can be cut. After using the sampler, the device will be locked and rotated to the original position, so that the blade can not be exposed, so as not to hurt hands and other items.

Structure and adjustment :
Cutter blade for double blade, a total of four pieces of circular external fours uniform, the blade can be replaced, specific operation is: loosen the cross screw (there are four screws on each piece), remove the blade clamp and sampling blade, change a new blade, blade clamp pressure, pay attention to the blade mouth to clockwise tangential, and four pieces of blade in the same plane, then tighten the cross screw.
The bottom of the instrument has a straight notch, used to fix the sample, easy to cut, prevent the sample from slipping.

Note :
The instrument blade is sharp, do not put your hand on the bottom during use, in order to avoid damage.
Instrument cutting sample should be carried out on the rubber pad, the instrument is not used to wipe clean, put in the instrument box, so as not to damage.
